Top Four LCE Covenants and Common Questions
1. Driveways must be concrete or cement pavers. Asphalt is not acceptable.
2. Boats, trailers, campers, and motorhomes are not allowed to be parked outside a house for more than 24 hours.
3. Any architectural changes (ones that require pulling a city building permit) must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee first (additions, walls, siding, etc.).
4. No structures are allowed to be built detatched from the home (i.e. shed).
