National Night Out 2021 was a great success! The new adjustable basketball hoop at the Tot Lot was a welcome addition in 2021!

Top Four LCE Covenants and Common Questions

• 1. Driveways must be concrete or cement pavers. Asphalt is not acceptable.

• 2. Boats, trailers, campers, and motorhomes are not allowed to be parked outside a house for more than 24 hours.

• 3. Any architectural changes (ones that require pulling a city building permit) must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee first (additions, walls, siding, etc.).

• 4. No structures are allowed to be built detatched from the home (i.e. shed).
